Aggie Sweeney, CFRE, President & CEO

As President & CEO of The Collins Group, Aggie Sweeney, CFRE, is the co-owner of the nation’s largest women-owned fundraising consulting firm. With more than 25 years in the non-profit sector, Aggie has a well-earned reputation as an insightful listener and as a “developer of non-profits” who can direct organizations not only toward fundraising success, but also toward sound business practices. She has provided counsel for many successfully completed campaigns that have transformed organizations’ capacity and enabled them to fulfill their missions and vision.

Aggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado. She is the co-chair of the Membership Committee of the Giving Institute, the organization which sets the ethical and technical standards for the consulting industry.

She loves to spend her free time in the great outdoors – hiking, cross-country skiing, and biking – as well as spending time with her family.
