With more than 20 years experience in the nonprofit sector, Barb Maduell offers significant expertise in campaign consulting, annual and major gifts, donor communications, and board training and development. Ms. Maduell’s key strengths are building a strong fundraising culture within organizations for greater success and sustainability, creating cohesive and strategic marketing communications that reflect and advance the vision of nonprofits, and identifying and cultivating major gift prospects.

In addition to Barb’s professional experience she has volunteered extensively in the community. Because of this hands-on experience on “both sides of the table,” Barb understands the integral and distinct roles professionals and volunteers each play in the success of an organization.

Barb received a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. When not enjoying time cooking, traveling, and reading, she is busy serving as an unpaid chauffeur for her two teenage children.
