The Children’s Museum of Tacoma celebrates the power of play in the lifelong journey of learning. They are inviting a new Team Member to join their journey in fulfilling the Museum’s mission and vision.
Position Title: Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator
Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Works directly with: Executive Director, Tanya Andrews
Start Date: October 1, 2010
Compensation: Range $10-15/hour, full benefits, vacation
Position Personality and Summary:
The Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator (EA/OC) is traffic director and host/hostess, or concierge, all at once. As often the first face seen and first voice heard, this Team Member will set the tone for the Museum’s relationship with visitors, donors, members and others.
As traffic director the EA/OC keeps the office and team operating smoothly and efficiently, and helps the Executive Director prioritize her schedule and efforts to maximize the Museum’s potential.
