Colette Mercier, Finance Director

Colette Mercier, Finance Director, manages TCG’s financial operations. She has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit accounting as finance director, controller, and consultant, in organizations of varying size and mission. Her expertise extends to administration, development/finance coordination, and restoring fiscal order in troubled organizations.

Colette received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at University of California–Berkeley, and did graduate work in sociology and anthropology at City University of New York Graduate Center. She recently completed the Practitioner Licensing Program of UCRS as well.

A lover of music and reading, Colette is active in organizing and performing with her 75-voice choir. She is also a licensed spiritual counselor. Her personal mission is to promote fiscal/administrative integrity and transparency as the bedrock upon which an organization’s mission can be securely grounded.
