Dana Van Nest, Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, Dana Van Nest oversees TCG’s business development opportunities and marketing communcations, strategies, and functions. She is responsible for brand management, proposal and presentation oversight, communications strategies and collateral, social media strategies, special events, sponsorship opportunties, building strong relationships with potential clients and industry colleagues, and stewarding current relationships.

She has worked in development and communications for a variety of nonprofit organizations including children’s mental health organizations, independent schools, and higher education.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College. In non-working hours, she cooks for friends and family, seeks out the newest restaurants, drags her son to cultural activities, and tries to find a few quiet minutes to read her book.
