Dedee Wilner-Nugent, CFRE, Senior Consultant

Dedee Wilner-Nugent provides a wide range of services to clients including fundraising and strategic planning, leadership development, executive coaching, board and volunteer training, and retreat facilitation. She is also a seasoned campaign manager and major gift fundraising advisor who has worked on over 25 fundraising campaigns and feasibility studies, with particular expertise in first-time campaigns, capacity-building initiatives, and endowment campaigns.

Dedee provides a wide range of services including counsel for campaigns and pre-campaign advancement, feasibility studies, development advancement studies and capacity building efforts to broaden and deepen board and volunteer leadership and major donor support. By employing a systems-based approach to fundraising, Dedee is able to quickly synthesize information and propose an initial plan based on a statistical analysis of materials. She brings particular expertise in working on capacity building and endowment campaigns.

Dedee is currently serving as VP of Membership for AFP of Oregon and SW Washington as well as Treasurer for Smith Club of Oregon, and on the Resource Development Committee for SE Works.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and likes to spend her free time exploring the outdoors with her family, collecting wine, and improving the tilth in her garden.
