Prior to becoming a consultant, Eric led nonprofit organizations in Minnesota for 26 years. While CEO of the Courage Center, the Twin Cities Business Journal ranked it second only to the Mayo Clinic in most respected nonprofit reputation in Minnesota. While Executive Director at a child development organization, he increased the budget nearly 40 times over and personally oversaw three successful capital campaigns. Eric holds Master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership from City University of Seattle; and in Early Childhood Education from Central Washington State College, and is a former Bush Fellow in Early Childhood Education. He is also a former VISTA Volunteer and Head Start teacher. In his spare time, his passions include hiking, backpacking, kayaking, landscaping, and spending time with his grandson.
