Washington Cultural Congress
- Lara Littlefield, CFRE, Principal, will speak on "Creating a Major Gifts Program: Where to Begin.” Organizations of any size can start a major gifts program. Lara will share steps to take to form a major gifts program, reasonable expectations for performance, strategies for engaging board and key volunteer support, how to encourage organizational leadership and staff, and how to steward major donors.
