Kate Roosevelt, CFRE, Executive Vice President

For nearly 20 years, Kate Roosevelt has provided innovative programming and plans to nonprofit organizations and public agencies. Kate heads TCG's Client Services team, which focuses on building and strengthening client relationships so that our clients can meet their goals, professional development for our consulting staff, and local and national philanthropic trends.

Kate has provided counsel for more than 40 organizations, helping them to raise over $125 million. She is a skilled strategic planner and a clear, inspiring presenter who is in much demand in the community.

Kate is an active board member for Braided River, an organization that uses photography and essays to build support for wilderness preservation. She serves on the Alumni Council of Colby College, the Advisory Board for the UW Nonprofit Management Certificate Program, and AFP Washington’s Professional Education Committee. She is also Past President for the Southeast Seattle Senior Foundation.

She holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. In her spare time, Kate is happiest throwing dinner parties for friends, traveling near and far, and playing with her goldendoodle, Penny.
