Natalie Lamberjack, CFRE, Senior Consultant

With nearly a decade in the profession, Natalie Lamberjack is a committed consultant and nonprofit advocate known for the strategic guidance and intensive research she brings to each project. Her particular expertise includes case development and writing, project management, major gifts advancement, and development program assessments.

In addition to her consulting role at TCG, Natalie serves as the firm's Orientation and Training Manager. She is responsible for our mentoring program, new client services staff orientation, and develops the annual training calendar.

Natalie has served on the boards of Social Justice Fund Northwest, with whom she continues to volunteer, and Groundswell Northwest. She is a member of and has served on several committees for the Northwest Development Officers Association (NDOA) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She currently serves on the AFP education and professional development committee.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany from Miami University and an MPA from the University of Washington. Outside of the nonprofit arena, she is most content while traveling, reading, and cooking for family and friends.
