Natalie Lamberjack, CFRE, Senior Consultant

Natalie Lamberjack, CFRE, Senior Consultant, has worked in the field of development for several years, allowing her to develop expertise in board development, annual giving, donor stewardship, special events, and volunteer management. She enjoys helping organizations implement their visions by crafting compelling case messaging and developing more effective fundraising systems.

In addition to her consulting role at TCG, Natalie serves as the firm's Orientation and Training Manager. She is responsible for our mentoring program, new client services staff orientation, and develops the annual training calendar.

Natalie has worked and volunteered with a wide range of organizations, from grassroots to well-established agencies. She is a member of, and has served on committees with, the Northwest Development Officers Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She has served as an officer of the Board of Directors for Groundswell NW and currently serves on the board of Social Justice Fund.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany from Miami University, a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington, and is currently an MPA candidate at the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Affairs. Outside of the nonprofit arena, she is most content while traveling, reading, and cooking for family and friends.
